The box and bags were intact but 4 pieces were missing from the first bag in the kit. Tried to report replacement parts from LEGO but the pieces are out of stock. Huge disappointment in product and customer service.
I got this as a Christmas gift for my step son and I to put together as we are both avid Star Wars fans and could use some bonding time due to me being away with the military. Cone to find out pieces are missing and it looks like bags from another set were just thrown in. My step son is devastated as this is an awesome build. Thanks a lot LEGO and amazon
It was a very nice product, with a lot of features. It did come in 4 days late for me, but I think it was worth it. It was easy to assemble and has a full interrior. The only downside is the price. I think 160 dollars is a bit much and I think 130 dollars is more realistic, but in all it’s a very incredible set.
The product was great and the one day shipping made it better, but it has some problems. Two main ones are that the bottom turret falls of often and the hidden hatch to store mini-figs in does not fit very well as the part was shipped warped, but I had a very similar piece in a darker grey. This was fine as the whole set had a theme of mismatched plates. I would recommend this set to anyone who likes a challenge in their sets along with fun!
This was pretty upsetting -- it's supposed to be a Christmas present and the box looks like it was stomped by a gorilla! It's re-taped, has some sticker on it that says "no RMA," and is entirely unacceptable for gifting. Who knows if the parts are all there. I'm past my return period on the thing (it sat in my shed with other stashed presents till now when I'm going to wrap things for the holiday.) It may yet be the case that all the parts are there -- but beware of buying this item if you expect a new box. It was really shocking to see the condition of this box.
Fun and challenging set for my boy. He got this for Christmas, it was at the top of his list. Took him a few days to put together and he had a blast doing it. He loves the size of it. He will be ten soon and this was the perfect amount of challenge for him.
This is what was we received. A birthday gift we are unable to give because it came opened. The packing box was destroyed and the Lego box was opened on one end and the other end looked taped a dozen times. Website said it'll take 5-9 days to get a response back so your better off calling. Well, still on hold 20 mins later, haven't spoken to a rep. Very disappointed. $160 down the drain. :(((((((
Purchased as a gift for my nephews. Of course I had to help put it together. One of the bigger sets, so this is not really a 1 day build. After building this one I have had thoughts of the $800 version. This is no where close to scale, but fun to build. Cockpit only has 2 seats, but you can only have 1 figure in there at a time. But this is $160 vs $800, you get what you pay for, but it is not a small build
